Reconsider Any Corporation with Universities in **
They don't care about students/young lecturers at all.
In many universities in **, the much-touted achievements and honors are fundamentally driven by the severe exploitation of junior staff by the leadership. Such administrations are obsessed with bureaucratic hierarchies, satisfying their twisted desire for control solely by barking orders. They provide no constructive input, using empty bureaucratic jargon to create a facade of competence, yet take no meaningful action.
I am not suggesting everyone in academia is like this, but this is my critical perspective.
