A Standard of Good University |

· 2 min read

After graduation, a frustrating encounter with the university administration made me realize this standard.

A good university is one that consistently stands by its students' rights, both during and after their studies. In reality, universities often prioritize the system and higher authorities, leaving students' rights insufficiently protected.

Through repeated communication, I came to realize the problem wasn's necessarily with the higher authorities, but with the university's failure to even consider protecting my rights as an alumnus; even in the face of clear evidence, they chose to evade responsibility.

Power is at its weakest when it escapes responsibility.
